The LINEA is a rear mounting carrier of the highest quality. As the adapters are specifically designed for a perfect fit to each vehicle, there is a specific application list - shown at the bottom of the page.
Some of the complete four bike systems utilise stainless steel in the frame, but otherwise the LINEA is essentially an all aluminium construction. The three bike system weighs only 8.5 kg, approximately half the weight of competitor products. It is a pleasure to fit and use.
The system consists of a basic unit - saloons and convertibles use a different version to estates and hatchbacks - and an adapter kit. Where appropriate you add the 3rd and 4th bike kits. Hook the carrier over the top of the tailgate or boot lid and then use the tensioning key to draw the unit tight and effectively lock it in place.
Max weights are given as 45Kg on three bike versions, and 60Kg on four bike racks which use stainless steel bars for strength, and aluminium rails and arms to support the bikes.
